A bus terminal and commercial complex in Kalpetta, Wayanad, and the flagship of CEC’s work. CEC developed it as concessionaire on a build-operate-transfer basis with the Department of Urban Affairs, Government of Kerala, with Mr. Abdul Gafoor Patla as Managing Director of the project.
The complex brings covered bus bays together with commercial blocks and shops. CEC’s own office is on the second floor of Commercial Complex B.
